Jan supports your clinical trials by placing professionals in clinical research, drug development, medical affairs and scientific roles--from entry level apprentices to management to executive. Her role is to recruit top performers for full time and contract positions for scientific and technical functional roles in regulated organizations and companies. She joined MEIRxRS in 1995.
Once a worker has been placed on the job, she continues to perform retention services by conducting on-going follow-up interviews with placed workers both by phone and in person. Jan is also the Liaison to STEM recruiters networking with over 300 agencies. In addition, Jan also attends college career fairs and volunteers at scientific industry organizations. She thrives on helping workers find the best fit for their talent and expertise$ and gives back to the community by performing mock interviews and career counseling to workers seeking STEM employment careers. Jan joined the MEI/RxRS family of companies in 1995.

Lewie specializes in recruitment and retention of regulatory affairs, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and quality control function professionals working in research and development for science driven regulated industries for RxRS. He joined MEIRxRS in 2005.
A graduate of Valdosta State University, Lewie’s expertise in understanding both the personal characteristics as well as the technical backgrounds needed to provide top performers to Quality/Process Operations, Regulatory/Compliance, and Laboratory/Quality Control functions is key to his staffing success. Lewie recruits for staff performing at all levels: i.e., associates, coordinators, specialists, analysts, auditors, technicians, engineers, supervisory managers, team leaders and directors with numerous direct reports. Lewie’s duties include recruitment of permanent placements and contract staffing, talent management with follow up phone calls, biweekly and quarterly progress reports, and attendance to industry networking events throughout the year with mock interviews and career development. In addition, Lewie is in constant communication with industry leaders and recruiting networks. Through his personal relationships and networks, Lewie maintains up to date intelligence as to STEM professionals and hiring trends throughout the country.
Paul specializes in developing new relationships with businesses we aim to serve. In addition to sales, he is responsible for much of our marketing efforts. He also works on a number of our Executive Search and Business Developer opportunities. He joined MEIRxRS in 2014.
A graduate of Boston University, Paul's education and expertise in understanding both the financial performance and organizational behavior of prospective companies helps us to provide insights for our clients about their own needs. He continually evaluates the public financials of prospective customers and monitors each for staff turnover and major events. Since joining our team, Paul has developed a deep understanding of clinical trials, pre-clinical and clinical-stage companies as well as their talent needs during each phase on the way to commercialization. He has written our whitepapers on clinical trials and employee happiness. Because of his frequent discussions with VP-level decision makers, Paul is also instrumental in the success of our Executive Searches.
Rosemarie Christopher is our CEO of the MEIRxRS family of companies. She has a strong understanding of employment, on the job training and retention of multigenerational workforce from over 25 years’ experience in recruiting and placing technical and scientific STEM (STEM: Science Technology Engineering Math) professionals. Rosemarie founded the first 9 life science apprenticeship programs in the state of California.

She is author of "What Employers Hire" (DIA FORUM, Jan 2004), an interactive executive seminar series that reveals the strategies and techniques for successful career development and advancement.
