Free Professional Development Opportunities

Are you looking for a professional growth opportunity? Our Foundation has received funding to pay for certifications for individuals in California in Biotech, Pharma and Medical Device industries.

The funding will cover for free:

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) primer and exam fees
• Second approved certification study materials and exam fees such as Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Clinical Research, Quality or Statistics

Certifications are a great way to build a happy team. Certifications typically cover industry best practices. As such many of our apprentices contribute great ideas that they learned in the course of their pursuit of a certification to their current workplace. This promotes their sense of Mastery, which is a central theme to being happier at work.

We’ve chosen specific certifications that are vital to the life sciences industry. These certifications are useful in helping employees find ways to improve quality, reduce costs and ensure the safety and efficacy of biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device products.

To take advantage of these free professional development opportunities, the nominee must have already worked for the company full-time for at least 6 months and has at least an Bachelor Degree or higher. Other criteria may be applied.
