Natural Color 101

Stephen Lauro, President of colorMaker, Inc. in Anaheim, presented at the Southern California IFT Section (SCiftS) meeting at CSU Los Angeles about Natural Colors.  It was a very informative evening about the use of natural colors in foods and new FDA regulations pertaining to the use of natural colors and new colorants recently approved by the FDA. There were over 200 industry professionals and students in attendance.
